1986 Pontiac Grand Prix 2+2 Aerocoupe

Cars By Owner / Posted 2 years ago

Offering my 1986 Pontiac Grand Prix 2+2 Aerocoupe. I’ve owned this car for 20 years – tired of seeing it sit, so it’s time to pass it on.

The engine was replaced before I purchased the car. It has a 350 now instead of the stock 305.
Has the original transmission – turbo 200R4, and the original limited slip rear-end.
The car has been de-computerized – has a new HEI distributor and a Holley carburetor.
The car has no rust, and under 120K miles.
Original paint, wheels, and interior.
This is not a show car – it is a clean survivor. There are a couple minor dings here and there, but NO major damage.
The interior is pretty clean and original with NO cracks in the dash.
The cruise control does not work.
The A/C was just serviced with a new compressor, dryer, orifice tube, and hose assembly, and was converted to R134a. Works great and blows nice and cold!
Has new KYB gas shocks, and a recent idler arm and alignment.
The car starts, stops, turns, etc. It runs real well – no smoking or knocking.

The original emission / computer parts (carb, distributor, ecu, air cleaner, etc…) will be included with the car.

There were approx. 1200 of these cars made – all were silver, and all were 1986. Richard Petty Aero design.

I have the clean AZ title in hand.

DON’T need help selling.

Asking $14k. Will entertain cash offers in person after you look at the car.
